Sara did such an amazing job when I came to her with my very specific requests for the art work I wanted done. She really took time to understand what I wanted painted and painted me two beautiful paintings of two of my favourite underwater marine animals. The pictures are still in my room all this time later (its been quite a while since she did them) and I look at them almost every day and they bring a smile to my face! Sara is a very talented artist and a wonderful person. When you decide to work with her, you can be sure that it will be the perfect combination of Sara's experience and patient listening to your vision. She tries to understand your story and the purpose of the commissioned piece. I ordered a family portrait and invitations for my daughter's 1st birthday. Sara did a fabulous job catching the likeness of our dog Wallace. The painting is hanging in my office right above his favorite chair. The thoughtfulness and love Sara puts into her paintings is evident. I highly recommend having her create artwork of your animals. You won't be disappointed!

I ordered custom art from SwilArts for my kids room. I wanted to mix both my kids and their interests (fairies and unicorns from my daughter; trains for my son). I send pictures of the room, wall colors used (see the perfect match in attached pictures!), inspiration pictures and photos of my kids. With little ones at home I had little time or mental space to make decisions so Sara took it from there; she asked questions via email then sent me work in progress for go-ahead - a quick yes/no/suggestions was all I needed to do - she made the magic happen. It was a great experience, and as a bonus the kids also now have personalized DIY coloring print-outs of the art!

Sara made a spot-on watercolor of our blue heeler puppy. She used a photo for reference and totally captured the essence of and conveyed the energy of our pup. We proudly hung this portrait on our wall and get compliments from guests!
